A Busy Summer of Concerts Begins in Prague

This summer, Rolando Villazón performs a variety of concerts across Europe, beginning in Prague with harpist Xavier de Maistre. The pair perform Serenata Latina, their acclaimed program of Latin American art song at the Rudolfinum on June 29.  Next, on July 4, Rolando joins soprano Regula Mühlemann, conductor Markus Poschner, and the Bruckner Orchester Linz for an open air concert at the Festwochen Gmuden. The following week, Rolando and de Maistre perform at the Schleswig-Holstein Musik Festival in Lübeck, again presenting Serenata Latina on July 4 (4pm and 7pm) and July 9 (4pm and 7pm). Rolando and de Maistre then travel to Rosenheim, performing the program as part of Strandkorb Open Air on July 18.

On August 28, Rolando performs in concert at the Stadtplatz in Eferding, joined by conductor Elisabeth Fuchs and the Philharmonie Salzburg.
