‘Serenata Latina’ Recitals

Rolando Villazón and harpist Xavier de Maistre reunite at Schloss Elmau for two performances of their project Serenata Latina on June 4th and 6th, and at the Theater Münster on June 12, 2026. The recitals feature works by Alberto Ginastera, Heitor Villa-Lobos, Carlos Guastavino, and others in a program that explores the rich sound world of Latin American song through intimate arrangements for voice and harp.

Serenata Latina is an acclaimed vocal and instrumental project by the Mexican tenor and French harpist. The duo created the project to celebrate the depth and variety of Latin American art songs and canciones, bringing these vibrant melodies to life through the unique pairing of tenor and harp.
